To Arrange Coaching Consultation
Once you have reserved your coaching service, please call 404-841-7800 and request, complete and return a copy of the Personal Success Enrollment so we can better address your coaching needs.
Coaching cannot begin until both you, the client, and REALinTouch, the provider, have spoken or emailed to confirm a time for your session. Please contact Director of Programs, Sandy Lawrence between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST with any questions on 404-841-7800 or via email sales@realintouch.com.
RightPATH Profile on-line access is available within two business days when an order is placed before noon on a business day. Again, please send a courtesy email or call so we may provide you with a FREE self-coaching tool to apply the results.
Speaking Engagements/Group Training

A signed Letter of Agreement must be executed between your organization and REALinTouch, LLC/Sandy Lawrence, to confirm the actual date reservation and program. The reservation fee, in most cases, will be applied to the total speaking fee balance which is due in full on or before the day of the event.
If you require a separate invoice for your records, please let us know and we will be happy to provide. In the event of illness, accident, emergency, or travel delays out of our control that prevent our speaker from making the engagment, Client shall have the option to reschedule at a date and time agreed upon in writing by both parties, or shall allow REALinTouch, LLC to provide another professional speaker/ subject matter expert as a satisfactory substitute; all other terms and conditions of the Letter of Agreement shall apply/remain in place.
Continuing Education units for CE Seminars are submitted through an approved GREC school. Please allow up to 10 business days for the state to reflect your education credits.
Shipments Refused & Returned International or domestic, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs. This does not apply to authorized returns.
Lost Shipments: UPS will settle a lost claim usually within 10 business days. We have found UPS an excellent shipper to deal with. They handle lost or stolen shipments expeditiously. REALinTouch cannot replace a UPS shipment until this investigation period is complete.
USPS Priority Mail, Express, & International. USPS Priority Mail & Express shipments are not considered lost by our postal service until thirty days from mailing. International shipments are sixty days. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is: Notify REALinTouch after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment at thirty days REALinTouch will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order.
